Education

Several audiences at once — students, parents, faculty, partners — and a website that usually talks to none of them clearly.

Education brands lose people in the navigation. The program is good and the site is a maze of departments. We help with the public site, the content, the campaigns, and, when the job is a product, the portal people actually have to use.

We don't have a school in the public portfolio yet. When we do, it will sit here — aimed at the person who has to enroll, not at the org chart.

The hard part

What usually gets in the way.

  • Too many audiencesA homepage written for everyone is a homepage that enrolls no one.
  • Enrollment is a form, not a feelingThe decision is careful. The page still has to make the next step easy.
  • Tools built for the institutionStudents and parents meet software that was designed for the org chart.

How we help

What we put on the table.

A site with a reader

Pages aimed at a specific person, with the other audiences given their own doors.

Content that answers

The questions people actually type before they apply or enroll.

Products, when a site isn't enough

Portals and apps for tasks that don't belong in a brochure.

Relevant projects

Work you can open.
