Client overview

The Capital Development Authority's citizen portal is a digital front door for Islamabad. Residents order civic services, register complaints, and manage property and cases. The My Islamabad app is live on the Play Store and the App Store.

The challenge

City services lived in different offices and different habits. Residents had to know where to go before they could ask for help, and following a complaint or a property matter meant starting the explanation over.

Our solution

We built a central product — portal plus mobile app — organised around what a resident is trying to do, not around the org chart. Ordering a service, filing a complaint, and checking a case sit in one account.

What shipped

  • Service requests in one account
  • Complaint registration and follow-up
  • Property and case management
  • My Islamabad on the Play Store and the App Store

Results

Qualitative on purpose. We don't invent numbers the client hasn't agreed to publish.

A public product, not a pilot slide

Residents can open the portal and download My Islamabad today.

Both major app stores

The mobile app is published on the Play Store and the App Store.

One place to follow a case

Services, complaints, and property matters no longer start from zero each time.
